For Customers

Whenever any customer uses a Tidal Healthcare product that has a dosing schedule, the pack carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a WhatsApp chat with Tidal Support. If you opt in, Tidal Support reminds you on the day each dose is due, in the language you choose, for the length of your course. No app to install, no form to fill, no charge.

For Tidal Healthcare field staff and partners

Tidal Support is also our internal channel for the field force and business partners — reporting, reminders and company communications.

We will never ask for payment, OTPs, passwords or bank details on WhatsApp.

If you receive such a request from any number claiming to be Tidal Healthcare, ignore it and report it to us.
